Terry will leave Chelsea at the end of the season in search of regular first team football, ending a 22-year association with the London side.
While there is nothing yet planned in an official capacity to say goodbye, the Blues fans are keen to make their feelings known to a player they regard as a hero. So they have set up a Just Giving page in order to fund a giant mosaic to be held aloft at Stamford Bridge in Chelsea’s final home game of the season on May 21.
They want everyone in the Shed End of the ground to take part and claim the club have given them permission to make their public gesture of appreciation.
